Project Management

For project management, a Trello board was used to keep track of daily tasks and progress, like a daily planner. Larger action items were divided into smaller tasks on the Trello board. It was useful because it enabled tasks to be organized by the individual responsible for it as well as the due date. Each member was responsible for looking at the Trello board daily and updating each other on their progress. A Gantt chart was also utilized in the first semester to make sure that the individual tasks that were assigned ensured that we were on track for completing the overall goals of the project. We used the Gantt chart to keep track of the major action items and ensure we were working at a good pace. While these were tools that we used to make sure we were on track, they are not necessary for another team to follow these exact formats when recreating their own Wishing Well.
